Values are universal, but issues can be contextual. Organisations have their own set of challenges that they deal with on a regular basis. This initiative aims to develop a holistic outlook towards professional and personal life among the employees of the organisations and to appreciate the importance of healthy relationships in their functional teams.   

This initiative aims:

- to customise sessions, workshops, team building activities on the themes like "Work-Life Balance", "Professional Ethics"

• Conducted 1 day (5 hours) workshop for BSNL Hyderabad for their Employees (IT team) for better team coordination
• Conducted 1 day (7 Hours) workshop for Vasudha Pharma Ltd, Hyderabad 
• Conducted a 10-day (15 hours) online workshop for TEK 7 IT Services Company employees.  55 members completed the workshop.
• Conducted 2-hours online sessions on “Human Relationships and Universal Human Values” for 20 members of staff of an NGO (Padala Charitable Trust)
